The Net10 unlimted plan is only available in some areas and it is now $50 per month. The Straight Talk plan is available anywhere Verizon works and is $45 per month.

I've been using NET10 for years and it is my fav cell carrier. They keep their plans simple, without hidden costs and sneaky penalties or service fees, but they are still one of the cheapest providers!
I wouldn't use any other prepaid provider let alone go back to contracts!

Net10 works for me as I average less than 300 min. per month. I first got interested in Net10 with the prospect of a free phone (all Net10 phone comes with 300 free min so purchasing a $30 phone is like getting it for free). My spending is $15 a month and I always end up with roll over minutes :)

I just recently got hold of a new Samsung R355c NET10 phone and all I can say is: Wow! It's a VERY nice addition to the NET10 rabge of phones. I'm seriously impressed. Not only does it look awesome but it is absolutely packed with features. While still not a smartphone, it is certainly the most feature-rich phone on prepaid at the moment. And the texting rate on the r355c is only 2.5cents so it's the lowest yet. Great bargain!

As a pensioner I find so much data confusing so I just went with Net10 as it's all so easy to understand! My phone cost $29.99 and it's a very nice, simple to use Nokia, my calls cost 10c per minute and texts 5c each. I don't text but my grandchildren send me texts all the time which I love!

I only recently got into the prepaid market due to a similar article I saw. I recently got a prepaid phone from Net10. I chose net10 due to their amazing 10c per minute rate for all calls within the US (incl. long distance) and to many international destinations (as I have friends and family in the UK). I got the Motorola EM326g for $59.99, which has everything I need and came with 300 minutes and 60 days coverage. Seemed like a great deal and looking back it was!
I have better coverage than ever before and am saving around $100 a month! I will never go back, prepaid is the way forward…

I have net10 unlimited and its only $50/month. Its great for business as i use a lot of minutes and net, and i don’t get any bills, my previous carrier cost me an arm and a leg, which was worse when i started traveling, But net10 is the same minutes for national calls. Im saving about $80 a month thanks to this and best of all the phones are great, im not a super tec guy so the net10 phones suit me just fine.
