I only recently got into the prepaid market due to a similar article I saw. I recently got a prepaid phone from Net10. I chose net10 due to their amazing 10c per minute rate for all calls within the US (incl. long distance) and to many international destinations (as I have friends and family in the UK). I got the Motorola EM326g for $59.99, which has everything I need and came with 300 minutes and 60 days coverage. Seemed like a great deal and looking back it was!
I have better coverage than ever before and am saving around $100 a month! I will never go back, prepaid is the way forward…
